The design of this home seeks to create a modern residential building combining the geographical location of the property, its surroundings and the desire of the client to create a sustainable and modern architecture.

The large area of ​​the property and the displacement of the terrain to the appropriate sunshine together with the opening panorama to the breakaway area contributed to the design of a building with a modern vision and a definite architectural appearance.

The volumetric composition of the building is emphasized by horizontal composite panels, which protrude from the contour of the main volume and divide it horizontally by levels. A combination of wooden composite panels and natural stone is used in the vertical direction.
