B&T GARDEN Residential Complex is a residential building located in the Alen Mak area. It is one of the most peaceful and relaxing areas of Varna, which is also in close proximity to the sea.
The building is located centrally in the property, dividing it into two zones. The residents of the complex have a landscaped patio isolated from the parking area. Luxury apartments are designed with a wonderful panoramic view of the Black Sea.
The building is designed in a modern architectural style with rigorous minimalist detail. The clearly structured volumetric shapes and the vertical articulation of the facades are underlined by the use of various modern materials.
