VILLAGE OF KONSTANTINOVO

Two modern villas located in Lazur villa zone, near village of Konstantinovo, Municipality Varna, Bulgaria.
Situated on site are two twin villas and each of them consist of all the necessary rooms to ensure a comfortable living habitat. The terrain is with a strong displacement and allowed the design of diversified terracing of green spaces, shape individual verandas in front of each house and provide spectacular views of the Varna lake.
The buildings are in a modern architectural style and sleek minimalist design. Clearly structured voluminous shapes and horizontal articulation of the facades are highlighted by the use of various modern materials.
