VILLA ROMA

Villa Roma Residence is a building located in the heart of the Sea Garden of Varna. The project covers a complete reconstruction and renovation of the complex.

With the renovation process, the whole building and the surrounding area will be reconstructed. Our desire is to keep the spirit of the existing classical look, while also applying certain contemporary elements to  fuse both modern and classical styles together.

In the development we sought the achievement of symbiosis, between the existing classical architecture and the modernist treatment of the facades. Clearly structured bulk forms are underlined by the use of various types of modern and classical materials.
